1. Services
Balantri offers advisory and planning support focused on balance and cash flow optimization at domain balantri.com.
2. Information Product
Balantri provides digital guides and educational materials (the “Info Product”).
3. Goods
Balantri may offer physical items that complement services and Info Product (the “Goods”).
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the initial consultation fails to meet the stated scope. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule the service at no additional charge.
4.2 Information Product
Due to the instant access to digital content upon purchase, Balantri generally does not offer refunds for Info Product. Exceptions are made only if the content delivery fails. In such cases, customers must request a refund within 7 days. Verified requests result in a full refund via the original payment method.
4.3 Goods
Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a full refund is issued within 10 business days via the original payment method, or as store credit upon request.
5. No-Refund Services
Certain premium service tiers are sold on a non-refund basis to reflect the dedicated allocation of resources. These tiers are clearly marked at purchase. No refunds are provided for such tiers, as resources are reserved exclusively.
